“Great staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Probably one of the better hotel breakfast I've had. Wish we could have used the pool but we were only there for a short evening stay. Only issue was that the beds were very hard. I know this is personal preference, but it made it difficult to sleep. On the opposite side, could use some firmer pillows.”

“Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel”

“Had to wait 5 minutes for front desk to arrive from Waterpark for check in. Wall was leaking , blinds wouldn't go up or down with auto switch that was exposed on wall. AC did not work. I give a 1 star because after about 30 minutes at 430AM did the front desk switch us rooms so we could finally get some sleep. Since all booking is 3rd party, there was absolutely nothing to do about our room outside of switching us for 4 hours. The breakfast looked horrible as well so we didn't even eat that...

“Great budget friendly spot for a quick overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful during check in. Biggest disappointment was the pool being closed. Kids were excited for it and we ended up doing nothing but watching tv. Overall great stay for the price.”

“Our room reeked of smoke and had the window open and a machine with a water bucket trying to pull the smoke smell out. Gloria was so friendly and tried to help us. But, the room she moved us to did not have a pullout couch like she said. I went back again and explained it did not have the couch so we did not have enough beds. She then told me we could have the connecting room. When I opened it, it had no sheets on the bed and reeked of marijuana. We decided to just stay in the room that didn’t...

“The breakfast was amazing and the staff taking care of it was as well. The stay was wonderful but they did not have any snack/vending machines as well as any water and pop machines anywhere. We had to go to a shell station to pick up some beverages. We couldn’t even make coffee in our room due to the fact there was no water at all in the hotel to make coffee. ”
