“Located in a quiet, yet very close to all life necessities, this clean property is a great find. The owner is an excellent communicator. Besides sending us all necessary info before our arrival, he checked in on us during our stay. The king mattress was very firm, as we like it. There were extra pillows, blankets, portable fan in the apartment. We took advantage of the coin operated community washers an dryers in the basement.”

“My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raspberry Acres! We were in town to sightsee and visit and this was the perfect spot for our adventure. The apartment was beautiful - it had everything we need and lots of thoughtful details. Rooms and beds were very comfy and it was delightful to sip coffee and look out the picture window at the beautiful trees in the mornings. It is a basement apartment so can hear the tenants above and the boiler for the building but it wasn’t a problem-just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise. We will definitely stay here again.”
