“It was a nice surprise that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, which were not listed in the amenities. I paid extra for the room with a queen bed and pull-out couch so my adult child and I could have separate beds as an extra comfort for our quick stay. However, when I opened up the couch it was absolutely filthy with stains, crumbs, dirt, etc. It was clear it doesn't get cleaned. There were also no bed linens immediately available for it. “Had a great stay here. Staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. Sad there was a tiny pool that was warm but no hot tub. Aside from that, no complaints here!!”

“Overall, this was a nice hotel in a convenient location, right next to the Rustic Moose Restaurant, which I highly recommend. I also want to recognize the shuttle driver who picked me up. He was truly wonderful, kind, and helpful, and I appreciated that he also assists with hotel processes. However, I do want to offer feedback about an experience that could have been handled with more hospitality and care. “The hotel was awful. I was on the 2d floor, I was there 3 days 2 nights. I didn’t sleep at all it was horrible; all I could hear is people walking all night in the wee hours of the morning and toilet flushing. If all possible I would like a refund!!! I would never stay at that hotel or refer anyone to it Unsatisfied customer”

“Friendly… everyone from the front desk to workers walking down a hallway. I had a later flight out so they offered to keep my luggage behind the counter while I wandered for the day. Good breakfast .. pool was clean and tidy. Bed and pillows clean and comfortable.”

“The breakfast was phenomenal. They had cereal, danishes, waffles, biscuits, gravy (very tasty), scrambled eggs, etc.”

“Hotel was nice and clean, room was nice and bed comfy, staff nice and helpful, hot tub advertised which was my decision maker in choosing this place was out of order, continental breakfast was extremely lame for this type of hotel, even the eggs tasted fake and juice severely watered down. No sausage, biscuits or gravy. Easy access in town, parking pretty secure.”
