Hotel a Fairdale

“Pool is small but enough to cool you down. I almost got locked in the bathroom. The door was not lock but we couldn’t get it open!!! I let the front desk know it took 2 people pushing to get the door open. Also pets are allowed but you cannot leave them alone in the room. There is no breakfast either which I knew none of this until I was at the hotel. It’s not posted anywhere.”

“The breakfast was simple, but pleasant. They had full fat yogurt and whole milk, and a pancake machine instead of the traditional waffle machine. My wife especially liked the raisin bran. The room was fine, but the details were a bit lacking. The bathtub had a substantial gap on one side, for example. The people were singularly great and helpful.”

“Unfortunately, I'm not good at remembering names but the lady that checked us in and was there all three nights was so very helpful and accommodating. They are going thru major renovations. The only complaint was the breakfast bar was lacking in selections. >”

“I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding from check in to check out. The hotel atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and made me feel at home. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the entire property and the attention to detail...

“Misleading star rating (not a three star) and Do not recommend! Room was not well cleaned (old hair everywhere, generally dirty, broken toilet etc). The front desk staff was nice and food was good but restaurant’s servers were discriminatory and misinformed about ADA protections for service dogs. Hotel room was way too expensive, dirty, and definitely WAS NOT a three start hotel.”

“Our stay was average. Queen beds seemed like they were doubles. Rooms could use some updating. Trash can outside was overflowing for over 2 days. Parking was minimal. Is close to the Expo center and various good restaurants.”
