“There are several long term renters. It’s a rough crowd. The lamp by the bed was busted. Water taps switched. Evidence of recent fumigation. It felt like someone had just moved out. “When we arrived we couldn’t get down the road.It was blocked by about 25 cars.The campground rented the picnic area out and the people had nowhere to park so they just decided to park in the road and then everyone else’s camp spots.It took 50 minutes to get everyone to move.They had other campers blocked in also. Kids were running around the campground, throwing water, balloons, trash in the Place playing in the bathrooms running through our camping area squirting everybody with water guns..”

“I think its a matter of you get what you pay for. I was put off by all the signs everywhere trying to rein in guest behavior. The pool and gym were not open and appeared to be in poor condition. I didnt like the remote front desk. The audio was terrible. The only working ice machine was on the 6th floor, which apparently wasnt even used as it wasnt air conditioned.
