“This was oyr second stay in a 2 week time period and the staff was kind and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was welcoming”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, let us leisurely leave the pool a little past closing hours either out being pushy. Very happy! The hot tub was hot which was a major plus for us.”

“When we got there our room was out of hair conditioner. I went down in the morning to ask that it be refilled for the evening-was told sure. That night it was not refilled. I had to go back down to get a bottle from the front desk. Also- our shower water was barely warm. I let it run for a good 5-10 min while I brushed my teeth and got clothing together, let it run some more- never got warmer. So we basically took cold showers 2 nights in a row. “The hotel its self was alright. The room was a nice size. We had a pull out couch but with no sheets or pillows to use with it. We requested them 3 times and the finally brought them at midnight. We have 3 small children, so we just went out and got our own. We also requested more towels twice and never got them. The fire alarm went off a total of 8 times in the 2 nights we stayed there. We got this hotel for the pool. The night we swam with our children, a party was going on and there were 10...

“Unfortunately, the shuttle never arrived for transport from airport to property. There was no one at the desk to greet me upon arrival. A deposit was required at check in although my room was prepaid. Cash was strongly encouraged. Breakfast was standard.”

“The lady that checked me in was wonderful and very nice. The door by where I parked never locked and that concerned me, as the property was not secured. Walking through to get to my room with my children was unpleasant as the building reeked of marijuana. I understand it is legal in the state but I was not expecting to encounter it at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable - so the staff were great!”
