“The stay was good until the fire alarm went off at at 3am with my 1yo. Oh and I asked the front desk if they had a pool her reply was"do you have a room here". What does that matter even if i didn't that should be your selling point. Some training can be used. Overall it was very nice meet my expectations ”

Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”
