“Tranquillo, silenzioso, posizione strategica per visitare Snowdonia e dintorni, luoghi paesaggisticamente eccellenti e ricchi di punti interessanti, ferrovie, battelli, passeggiate incantevoli, castelli. L'hotel é gradevole, la colazione un pó troppo "inglese" per i nostri gusti continentali. Niente ascensore, bisogna arrampicarsi per strette scale per accedere alle camere. Wi-Fi gratuito e ben accessibile.”

“Lovely place, spotlessly clean. Rooms spacious, quite and everything we needed. Bed was hard to me personally but bedding spotless and comfortable, everything great temperature wise and comfortable. Bathroom spotless, fluffy towels, temple spa toiletries and great water pressure. Wonderful food , great breakfast and staff really helpful and firendly. Would definitely stay here again. Ample parking and really well placed for local attractions (especially bodnant gardens and the water gardens)....

“This was a good experience. The only issue was the wardrobe was a shelf with a few hangers and no drawers, so we basically kept everything in a suitcase, but we only stayed for 3 nights, so maybe other rooms had more storage. The room was spacious and very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice. There was also a reasonably comprehensive evening menu. Recommended.”

“For the cost of the hotel I expected better service. There was one waiter serving from the bar and we sat on the lawned terrace for 25 minutes and no one came to serve us so I had to ask reception to send someone. The spa is very old and desperately in need of a full refurbishment. The food was fairly good but considering the cost wasn’t worth it as I've eaten better three course meals for less in many other top restaurants. “This was an excellent place for an overnight stay. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. The only thing was they had forgotten to provide towels and toilet paper. This was easily sorted when we asked. We had an evening meal and breakfast, which were both good. We would stay here again”

“Due ore d’attesa per poter aver una stanza, con le ragazze della reception che non capivano dove trovare la prenotazione, nonostante avessimo mail e conferma sul telefono. Appartamento sporco, stanza inesistente, nessun lenzuola né asciugamano, se lo volevi dovevi acquistarlo nel supermercato lì vicino, al prezzo di 5 e 10£. Nessun Wi-Fi, rumori e urla fino alle 3 di notte, pessimo anche il checkout, non sapevano come stamparmi la ricevuta di pagamento. Assolutamente da evitare.”

“Me, my husband and 2 kids really enjoyed our stay at Caer Rhun hall. The staff is amazing and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. There are some beautiful grounds around the property, our kids enjoyed running around in the massive field and playing with the swing. Breakfast is continental, not so many choices and you have to ask the staff for toast, butter or water but this is just a little cons. We will recommend this place to our friends and family. ”

“We stayed for one night while visiting Wales. The check in experience was fine and staff friendly. The room was OK - we could hear sounds from other rooms in the morning and the bathroom had mould spots near bath taps, but other than that it was clean and pretty comfortable. Restaurant looked really nice which I guess is the reason why almost all the photos are of the restaurant. English breakfast tasted good! Thank you.”
