“The room needed to be repaired. The toilet moved evrytime you sat down. The bathroom floor needed to be repaired. The pool was not open but when I called in June they said it would be open in July. Staff members don’t know how to talk to people in professional way. Not sure if I would stay here again or not.”

“While the front desk and staff are extremely helpful the manager needs some training or find another position that does not require contact with people. The main A/C was not working so guests had to rely on the older window/radiator units. My refrigerator did not work and by the time it was fixed my dairy had to be thrown out. The managers response was that I could check-out.”

“Television did not work. Room chair broken & iron did not work. I called the front desk several times & no one came to help. The young lady kept telling me that she was “handling an issue & was trying to get me assistance.” No one came!. The next morning, the Manager came to the room to try & fix things, but I told him that I’m checking-out. The Continental breakfast room was nasty & dirty. The food was cold & not good.
