“It was a nice spacious room, and good area. But the door was damaged when we checked in, had two bugs in the bathtub and the corner piece of the wall was falling apart other than those issues, bedroom was clean, breakfast was amazing! and loved the pool hours!”

Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. “This hotel is an older hotel without many updates. The only thing that was not satisfactory to me was the cleanliness of the jacuzzi tub. Probably old and just time of use. But overall, this hotel suited my needs, room was clean, convenient for where i needed to be, felt safe and the staf was awesome! “The Motel was clean, plenty of parking, staff was very polite and breakfast was actually ready when they said it was going to be! Very pleased this time! Usually stay at Super 8 but was a little hesitant after our stay in Humboldt a few weeks ago! Glad we reconsidered! Thank You!”

“This place is in a convenient location on the west side of town. You can walk to restaurants. However, this motel was very dirty—stained hallway carpeting, faint smell of cigarette smoke, people were loud at night. The room itself was pretty clean. Water pressure not so good. Doubt I’ll stay here again.”

“The location is a perfect for Restaurants,Shopping and easy access to downtown Waterloo.Waterpark is a 10 minute drive. This is our second year in a row at this property and will stay next year. Only complaint is both years the parking is under construction. Staff is incredibly Friendly and Love being there wich was refreshing to see.Rooms are clean ,Daily cleaning with new towels.Beds are very comfortable.
