The TV remote had dead batteries. When I turned down the made up bed I found used sheets that had obviously not been changed. The pillow cases appeared to have been the only thing changed. “Our room was ready and clean. Staff provided extra towels for us. The disappointment was that although we were told breakfast was available starting at 6:30 am, there was nothing other than overnight coffee available at 7 am. Using the phone for contact in the common area meant the phone rang multiple times without anyone answering it.”
