“Dirty dishes with dried food on them in the cupboard. Hair in the bed. Front desk did nothing about it. Front desk wouldn't even print out receipt for the stay.”

“No breakfast. Construction equipment at parking lot. Our room was by an AC unit and wasnt able to sleep because the AC kept turning on every 5 minutes. I set our dirty towels out by our door which I didn't get new clean ones and when I went to the front desk Victoria, gave me an interrogation. We spent several days at the property and staff members were not friendly or attentive. I will not give my business to this hotel again.”

“Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back.”

“Mini bar delight”

“I love staying at the Jasper Hotel. The staff is always helpful and pleasant, the food is good and the rooms are comfy. The room that I was given this last visit had a problem with the TV, so they moved me to another room at no charge. I also asked for a west facing room so I could enjoy the sunset. It's a great hotel!”

“Always clean, friendly, helpful staff, convenient for walking downtown, good eats and drinks...We love the 12 pm checkout time!!”

“Wasn’t able to use the hot tub as the pool was full of people having kids birthday parties and the heater didn’t work in the pool so the kids the hot tub . No big deal but would have enjoyed the hot tub .”

“The room had used underwear in the drawers. Blood and hair in sheets. TV broken. Crack heads everywhere. Never staying here again and you shouldn't either..”

“I stayed for two nights. Was disappointed that we did not get fresh towels and beds were not straightened up after first night. Faucet dropped nonstop in tub. Hot tub very very hot and pool very cold. Staff friendly. No elevator which was difficult for me as a senior. Only had coffee in morning.”

“I liked the pool, but the hot tub is out of commission. There was a lot of wear and tear around the place, but what was there was working as it should. Was a little under supplied on the basics like towels and bedding.”

“Room was clean enough. But the entire place is under renovations and that was not mentioned anywhere until we got there. Pool was closed, there were beds strewn about in the hallways, our room door didnt close properly, there were no hooks/ places to hang towels in the bathroom. ”

“The floor in the room was very dirty. The A/C unit is falling apart. Half the lights didn't work and there was a big hole in the back of the bathroom door. This was our 1st stay and it will be our last.”

“Very clean rooms with pleasant staff stayed 2 nights due to weather. Affordable with quick access to shopping.”
