“Staff was friendly and helpful. Building is not well maintained. Carpet is stained and worn, doors are scratched up, elevators sound terrible, peeling wallpaper, etc.”

“Bad smell like mold and wet dog, floors and furniture even in lobby very stained and smell. Breakfast was not really any food at all. Rooms had old hair in showers and in cornera of bathrooms”

“Exceptionally clean, fresh and everything was crisp and new. Ultra comfy beds and linens.”

“Sadly our room was not cleaned thoroughly—our bathroom had used towels hanging in it and toothpaste on the vanity. There was no shampoo in the container hanging in the shower. The bathroom needed obvious repairs done as well. The bedspreads had questionable stains on them. When I told the lady at the front desk about the bathroom she did apologize and stated she “told them to finish cleaning that room yesterday.” No discounts offered or anything to try to make it right.”

“It was ok. Room was a non smoking room but smelled; not like smoke but I had to get some spray to spray room. Staff not that friendly. It worked for a quick night but I wouldn’t do it again”

“There were termites in the room. We arrived at 6 pm to checking and our room was still being cleaned. Took an additional 30 mins to wait to finish checking in. Once we got to the room, it was clearly not cleaned well. Waste still in the toilet and multiple surfaces still sticky/dirty. The cable on the tv did not work at all and wifi was slow. Terrible experience.”

“The carpet was stained and disgusting, the seam where the carpet meets the bathroom floor was completely frayed and lumpy. The lamp shade was non existent, the floor was not even vacuumed, the outside look like a bad movie. The front desk gal had a sign up stating no rooms would be sold to locals, I had never seen that so I curiously asked about it. She said they had a problem of locals trashing rooms and prostitution. Then I walk into this room, it was so beyond unacceptable, in the...
