“When we arrived our hotel floor was wet. So much so we had to be careful not to fall and write our shoes the entire time. The quilts were all stained on the beds.”

“Had to get a smoking room that's all was left big burn holes in blankets, commode ran constantly , breakfast only oats toast. But beds were comfortable..”

“One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant.”

“Once loved this place. Now it's in near disrepair. The room smelled like body odor and just sour. The AC cannot be turned down below 70° F. The air vents all had black mold specs and constant condensation dripping, even with the fan to auto only. The walls had peeled paint and holes. There were pills and q-tips swept under the couch. “The condo room in tower 2 was well designed and the kitchen had ample amenities to cook. The kiddie pool and lazy river in tower 2 were good. Tower two is convenient for pools and parking, but it requires crossing a road that can be busy at times to get to the beach. The building needs some repair (pool shower didn’t work and one of the hot tubs was unusable two days) and the management needs to communicate better. “The initial check in was fine. However, I was really disappointed when I asked for bedding for the pull out couch, and she told me, “we have no more pillows.” So, my child didn’t have a pillow. Then, when I was down in the lobby later, I saw another guest be given a pillow. The parking lot was filled. The place was incredibly dirty. This is a terrible place to go. Please avoid at all costs for your sake!”
