“Was told the “deep clean” occurs only every 3-4 days when I asked why no cleaning or even towel refreshment came after our first night’s stay. Not my experience in any Holiday Inn before.”

“I stayed with my family as a stopover coming home from Florida. My main complaint was that there was an ongoing water main break from 2 days prior in the area and the hotel failed to inform me of this condition before I checked in so that I can make an informed decision of staying or finding lodging elsewhere.
