“The soap in the shower was very slippery in the tub. Safety concerns.butter was hard. Toilet is way too low.”

“I was there for a week, in a suite with a kitchenette. There was nothing in the kitchen-- no skillet, no saucepan, no plates, nothing. No one provided room service any time during the week. No trash removal, no vacuuming/sweeping, no fresh towels or bed linen. I'll not be going back.”
