Da migliorare la qualità cibo e colazione (buffet mediocre e spesso cibo veniva rimpiazzato lentamente e su richiesta), servizio e staff al ristorante poco curato. “I got bitten by bad bugs. That's all! The service is generally very poor. The staff doesn't speak English. The amenities of the resort are not maintained properly (we had a rice plate in the pool bar, a bit of food falled on the bar and it stayed there for the whole length of our stay - 5 days). At the moment of the check out, the staff charged the bar expenses on our credit card twice and we are still fighting to get the money back. ”

“This was an incredible hotel and it was luxury staying in one of the luxury tents. The tents had everything you needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I couldn't speak more highly of the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. The beach was beautiful and I'd highly recommend getting a scooter and visiting the other beaches - especially Sok San! 10/10 stay. ”

“Hintaan suhteutettuna majoitus oli täydellinen. Ainakin oma ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja huone oli niin siisti kuin tuolla hinnalla voi vain toivoa. Sijainti oli myös loistava ja rauhallinen jos haluaa majoittua sataman läheisyydessä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja ylipäätään kaikki toimi kuten piti. Itselläni ei ollut bungalowia vaan sellainen tavallinen kahden hengen huone.”

“Eine tolle Unterkunft mit schönen Bungalows an einem Traumstrand mit Palmen. Wir waren total überwältigt! Weißer Sand und türkises, kristallklares Wasser waren dort vorzufinden. Die Liegen am Strand waren bequem, mit dicken Auflagen versehen und weit auseinander. Unser Beachfront Bungalow war sehr geräumig, mediteran eingerichtet,das Bad modern. Der verglaste Pool mit Liegen darin hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, gerne haben wir darin einen Cocktail getrunken und der Blick zum Strand war...
