“It was a huge breakfast with lots of options, hot and cold. Hot breakfast was made to order. Even though we had early morning excursions and an even earlier morning departure David was up and ready to serve whatever we wanted. David also took the time to help us choose excursions that were perfect for us. When my husband left his phone in the van on one of our trips David went and picked it up for us. Could not ask for better service. ”

“Tutto molto positivo. Come richiesto ci hanno fatto avere una camera al piano superiore molto spaziosa e pulita. Inoltre sapendo che era il nostro viaggio di nozze ci hanno fatto avere prosecco e cioccolatini in camera, sono stati molto carini. Inoltre, lo staff della reception ci ha prenotato l’escursione a sandwich harbour senza problemi. Consigliato”

“We stayed only one night during our tour in Namibia.It was a semi-central location, 15 min walking to city centre and attractions.There was a parking outside the structure with a guardian during the night. Very helpful check in,room well furnished and clean and a rich breakfast.I Think to stay again if I will return in Swakop.”

“A very old and worn-out building. Musty smell. Wobbly floorboards. No air-con. I was hassled twice to move my motorcycle to an inadequate parking place, even though I had booked an apartment with parking. The receptionist behaved a bit oddly, putting pressure on me to but her a drink, which was uncomfortable. I booked two days, but left after one. In quite a good location to walk along the sea front. Swakopmund is a nice town.”

“Nice hotel and well placed in the centre of Swakop. However the room are quite old and need renovation which I understand is currently ongoing at least on part of the premises. Quite disappointing the fact to pay separately for having a cappuccino during breakfast (not included in the B&P fare)”

“What an amazing place and the mgt. was so kind and considerate. I went back twice on my return and was in a bind as I was driving late at night. The mgt. helped organize a room through security since they were not on site due to my timing. So helpful and when mingling with guests there was only a positive vibe (both times).”

“I have paid for the hostel but didn't realize that they don't have reception or anyone working after 8pm. I rang the door bell and called multiple times when I arrived but nobody answered. I couldn't check in and had to book another place last minute. I asked if I could get a credit for the night but they still charged me and wouldn't refund me for the booking and said it was my fault because I didn't notify them that I'll arrive after 8pm. “Buon Hotel un po' lontano dal mare (circa 10/15' a piedi). Ha un ottimo ristorante aperto anche agli esterni (anche se un po' caro rispetto agli standard della Namibia). Camere pulite e comodo parcheggio interno. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Unica nota negativa: ci sono stati riappesi gli asciugamani che avevamo posto sul pavimento per essere cambiati (come indicato su un cartello appeso in bagno). Nelle vicinanze c'è anche una buona pizzeria.”
