“The AC didn't work, the hotel itself looked very rundown, there were dead bugs on the floor when I first entered the room, the closet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month, and there was a hair that did not belong to me on the toilet.”

“This is a hotel property in decline, simple as that. The thing is they all seem to be relatively easy fixes, if they just cared to make them. The first thing I noticed was the deteriorated and sticky TV remote, it was truly disgusting. (I requested a new one from the front counter, and the guy gave me one that looked almost new, but that's not the point.) The coating on our tub was also clearly coming off. Of course only certain electric outlets worked, but I find that to be true in a lot...

“This property was very run down. All the furniture was in desperate need of replacing. Strong bleach smell when we arrived. Red flag. Trash all over the room and an empty food container left tucked under our bed with old food still in it. Talked to the GM but he did not offer a discount or refund, he just simply asked if I wanted to stay or not. Would not recommend.”

“The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. I slipped and bruised my shin pretty bad while trying to get in the shower. So, be very careful when getting in the shower! Also, we stayed three nights, and the second morning while we were trying to get dressed for our grandson’s graduation, all the lights in our room went...

“My favorite place to stay in Rockwall. The Texas Cobb Salad w/Shrimp was amazing for dinner. Breakfast is always delightful, I tried the lobster Benedict and it didn’t disappoint. Chef’s kiss! Cleanliness isn’t every an issue but I clean upon arrival Only complaint was the comfort of the bed after 1 night of rest. This was an issue during our last visit and we had to request extra padding. Outside of the bed’s comfort this hotel stay was pleasant overall. ”
