Hotel a Fate

“This location has the best night shift attendant. She helped us with a room on the first level and was just super friendly and down to earth. She is the main reason I am giving this such a high score. Our room smelled like mold as soon as you opened the door. Plus they have old nasty crusty red couches with ottoman in the room that have outlived their purpose and then some. I was afraid to set anything down on them. Other than that the room seemed clean but I expect a little more for my money ya...

“Over all was a decent stay”

“We were looking for a quiet and clean place to stay while we were in the area for a family matter, and this hotel was exactly what we needed. It provided a peaceful atmosphere where we could truly rest and recharge. The breakfast was an excellent addition to our stay, beautifully presented with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. It had everything we needed to start each day on a positive note. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The room was clean. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked real good and they had a wonderful breakfast in the morning.”

“Would have liked a little more in the breakfast offerings. My room also had an odd spot on the floor that clearly was a bad install and was just covered. So you had this random jump in the room”

“Room was horribly filthy from top to bottom. Poor water pressure with dirt and rust forming around drains.”

“We stayed here just to sleep overnight while on a road trip. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was a 10/10 in my opinion haha. The man who checked us in at the front desk was very personable and friendly. I wish I got his name but he did make our experience memorable, even though it was a short stay.”

“Lovely well kept hotel. The beds were nice and soft. One of us is always very hot and the other two were cold. I was able to get blankets so we could be warmer. Great hot l.”

“It is a nice place to stay. The hair dryer did not work and I let the front desk know. Within a few minutes, housekeeping brought me a new one. Breakfast was good, and provided us with what we needed to start our day.”

“Had to pay a 100 dollar deposit when we got there . Didn't say in the reservation. Just blinded sided it”

“It met my basic needs. Complaints: A shower head that leaked all over; the desk chair is shot and unadjustable; my original room had no air conditioning for the Dallas heat and they knew it beforehand--the AC was broken and all of its knobs and buttons were missing. Having to beg a room at 10:30 pm after having booked it weeks earlier is bad form.”

“Everyone was so nice. I even dropped a bottle of wine in the lobby and they were so helpful about cleaning it up. Didn’t want me to touch a thing. Breakfast is a decent continental breakfast.”
