“A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.”

“Lady at pastry shop in AM is rude and doesn’t get help when line gets long. Pools close too early. Sports bar closed on Tuesday & Wednesday even during NCAA Tournament. “Half Cracked” is a terrible name for a restaurant.”

“There was black mold in the bathroom and the shower floor looked filthy. I was assured that it was clean, that magic erasers were used to clean them and it had just worn off coating making them look like that. I’m not convinced. The sink was slow to drain. The clothes dryer didn’t work. My son and his family also had a room here and theirs was worse. Staff wouldn’t even look at their complaints (hair in shower, urine, blood and feces in bathroom). “I have stayed her multiple times and each time it has been wonderful! The staff are absolutely amazing, from the front desk to the kitchen staff. Our rooms were spotless. The location of the hotel is close to dining and shopping. ”
