“The hotel is dated. At check in, I politely requested a room close to the front desk or elevator and was given a room all the way to the end of the hallway. Exact opposite of what was requested. I forgot a toothpaste and when I asked if there is anything complimentary or to purchase, I was directed to go to Walmart instead. I found out today that I was charged $15 for a make up stain… I don’t wear make up and only had foundation/pressed powder with me in the bathroom counter that was placed...

“Had a few small issues with room initially, but Abdul (?) moved us to a different room for the remainder of our stay. He was very friendly & accommodating & checked to make sure we were happy with the change. The room was cute & clean and it’s a great location to access shops, restaurants and the lake. Appreciated the bottled water and cookies in the room! We hope to return in the future!”

“The hotel is very average, definitely not worth the price we paid. Also there is zero sound proof between the walls. Early morning kids yelling on one side and l snoring on the other side. All we could do is laugh it off. Would not stay there again. ”
