“On very rare occasions I will stay at a VRBO and wish I could give 6 stars! This property in one of those times. Everything is as described or honestly even better than described. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fayetteville if this property is available. As others have also noted, the communication is excellent. If you book this property, consider yourself VERY fortunate! ”

“My husband and I stayed at the MOCO home for Easter weekend, while visiting our son at UArk. It is a very nice home, located close to Uark, Baum-Walker stadium, and other Fayetteville favorites! We enjoyed our time and would stay there again! The home itself is clean, well decorated, and in a neighborhood that is great for walking. The interaction with the host was top notch! All of my questions were quickly answered, and the host even had a blender delivered for us when I asked if the home was...
