“Staff is wonderful, hotel is clean, offers a great breakfast. I am there up to two weeks per month. I always book this location. ”

“This place is the absolute worst I have ever seen. It’s simply unbelievable that this place is still open. Expedia should remove them from there options. The filth is so bad. Our room had mold, dirt and stains all over the walls and ceilings. Toilet was broken, fridge didn’t work and the air only blew musty cool air. There was a Rat trap that was full of mold under the bed. We spoke with management and he came looked at the room and said “ it’s fine, you’re not changing rooms. The problem was,...

“Great hotel. Clean, comfortable beds and great staff. The door to the bathroom was squeaky and I asked for them to fix. When I came back the door was perfect and not waking up my kid when I opened it.”

“Heated Pool and laundry section was helpful for kids sports tournaments. ”

“We were there for a relative's memorial that afternoon, so had to book Friday night, even though we weren't staying then. One front desk person (May 2 am) wasn't friendly, but was efficient. The other desk person (May 2 pm) was super friendly and helpful. However, it would have been better for the Hotel to have a list of taxi services, instead of solely relying on Uber. It all worked out okay, though.”
