“Clean room, sound proof, friendly Staff, good location close to lot of restaurants/shopping/Buccee's/I-20. Hot Breakfast was good. Overall had a great experience.”

“Everything was spot on and the breakfast was good. I really have one minor complaint. There were only 2 luggage carts. I had to wait 20 minutes for one. At the time, there was a wedding, I’m assuming. The lady at the front desk was so pleasant. She asked me what floor I’d like. I told her we wanted to be where it was quiet. She said I have just the room. Sure enough, it was very quiet and must have been away from the wedding party. I can’t say enough about this hotel. It’s our second time...

“Hilton recently took over this property; it used to be a Red Roof Inn. It's still old but freshened up with new paint and the hotel and the room were clean. There is no elevator so we took the 1st floor and ended up with someone above us stomping all night so that was unfortunate but not the hotels fault. Breakfast is pleasant but limited.”

“The person who checked me in was very friendly and the room was beyond expectations. Everything was brand new and very comfortable. We walked to the event we attended at the civic center and the surroundings felt very safe. Best hotel I have stayed in and the price was very reasonable...great breakfast, kid friendly and was the best part of our trip! Beautiful place and great people...thank you for your hospitality!”

“The most equipped hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, all kitchen equipment and utensils you would need for a full weeks stay with family. I was very impressed and hope to get to stay there again.”

“We ha d to wait 30 - 45 minutes because our room was not ready. We came at check in time 3pm. I found a brown stain on the side of the mattress. The bathroom door was hard to open and close. The size of the toilet was small, smaller than have had at any hotel. Beside that it was an ok stay. What I expected for that level of hotel”

“Beautiful room with a view. Amenities were great and location was fabulous. The issue: The parking lot attendant was very nice as the card reader machine was not functioning well. Housekeeping gets an A+...please tell them. All in all...we loved Dallas and our stay.”
