“Ein richtig schönes Hotel. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, besser wie viele andere Hotels wo ich sonst bin. Ich übernachte viel, da ich im Außendienst arbeite. ”

“Empfang war sehr freundlich, man kann jederzeit das Team ansprechen. Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten . Preisleistung ist okay. Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Ideal für Kurzurlaub direkt am Fichtelberg. Hotel ist zu empfehlen.”

“Bel b&b con camere spaziose con terrazzo. Letto confortevole. Cuscini scomodi. Bagno da rivedere, mancano saponi e cuffia doccia, asciugamani insufficienti perché piccoli. Personale gentile. Colazione disponibile solo su prenotazione e non è ben specificato. Manca aria condizionata e anche se il luogo è fresco migliorerebbe il confort delle camere.”

“Äußerst nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute Lage für Wanderungen und Ausflug nach Tschechien, sehr schönes Thermalbad in Laufnähe. Weißenstadt ist in der ganzen Umgebung der schönste Ort mit seinen bunten Häusern und einem schönen See direkt am Ortsrand. Jederzeit wieder!!! ”

“Hotel molto semplice. La ns camera aveva la vista sul cimitero. Il bagno molto piccolo. La colazione non a buffet. Piutto scarsa e senza scelta.”

“ho scelto questo albergo per il prezzo basso rispetto alle quattro stelle della sua categoria,l'Hotel è molto confortevole negli spazi comuni , la colazione è ottima,ho ricevuto una camera grande con un arredamento semplice ma ottima rapportata al prezzo pagato di 50 euro.Penso abbiano delle camere con degli arredi meno lussuosi a disposizione per clienti con tariffe agevolate.”

“Arrivato in Hotel , e mi hanno chiesto un suplemento pauschale di €5 per l' energia eletrica . Questo a me non e mai sucesso . La camera con il suplemento , lo pagata €100 , per la camera che ho ricevuto , troppo troppo cara . Il riscaldamento non funzionava , e ls notte fuori cerano 5 gradi . Diciamo molto deluso . ”

“The hotel looks a bit better in the photos than it does in person, but overall our stay was perfectly fine. The room was clean and spacious. We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. Breakfast was exactly what we expected from the pictures, with coffee available only as drip coffee from a thermos. The property is located right next to the highway, but our room faced the opposite direction, so...

“An sich ein schönes, vergleichsweise kleines Hotel von Familie für Familien. Unserer Tochter hat es super gut gefallen, vor allem der Poolbereich und die Kinderbetreuung bei Andi. Wir fanden das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir bei der Kommunikation und beim Essen. Zur Kommunikation: wir hatten den Early Check in auf dem Formular, welches man lange vor Anreise ausfüllt und an das Hotel sendet, als Wunsch angegeben.
