“Had a great stay for couple weeks, room was clean and smells good, the housekeeping team is amazing! very friendly staff all around especially Noah that guy really knows hospitality The kitchen didn’t have anything stocked but you just ask for it at the front desk and they’ll give it to you.”

“Upon our arrival after booking the room days in advance we were that there were no king size bed rooms available! It had already been paid for!! 6 days!!! The front desk clerk finally put us in a king size suite which for some reason was not showing available? We were there for 6 nights and not once did housekeeping show up! “The parking was the best park of the stay. So my partner and I showed up around 5pm to check into our room ( we booked this room properly about a month a head of time). The front desk women is brand new has no idea what she doing. No problem so the manager comes out and helps. The manager gives a room key and we go up to our room the room was not cleaned at all from the previous guest that was there. “We arrived at approx 1:30pm on Friday. Staff was nice and helpful at check-in. However, lobby was quite grungy and could tell was not in the best shape. Grabbed a luggage carrier and two of the wheels were flat. Got on the elevator and the whole thing shook before we even moved (happened every time it was used).
