Hotel vicino a Field of Fear - Monclova

“Breakfast was ok, staff ok, my room was good but grand daughters room had many ants, she reported to staff and lady said they could move her but there was no one there to check her room till morning. I stay in many hotels and never heard of such response. Would not recommend ”

“The breakfast was pretty standard. My biggest complaint was the confusion with the checkout process. They added a charge for incidentals which was confusing as well as difficult to get straight on my charge card.”

“The room was okay but could have been cleaner and some things need updated. The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great. We always try to stay at a Staybridge Suites because the rooms are big. We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there. “Terrible! Building is under construction inside the elevator and floors in the building were dirty, the bed was so worn down it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. There was a large gap under the door, the hallway lights lit up our room. Also they charge $10 for parking but don’t tell you until after they charge your card for it. ”

“Disgusting hotel, check in staff is unprofessional have their vape on counter while waiting on guest, put us in the wrong room, rooms are filthy, no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Pool was closed. Breakfast had minimal options. ”

“The room wasn't as clean as it should be. The tv remote didn't work correctly. The bed sheets don't fit and continually come undone. The furniture it beginning to look shabby and my door key was deactivating during my stay.”

Paid for breakfast ahead on our stay. Breakfast was decent tasting. Waited for toast to come until after our meal was cold and almost done and the toast was dry and cold with 1 slice which seamed odd.”

“The room was very clean. The shower was clean. I liked the design of the shower. The bed was comfortable. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. The lobby was dated and small. The woman who checked us in was very nice and offered us a bottled water. The set up of the lobby was uninviting, however, with glass between us and a small place to slide my ID. She had a little door to slide the water bottles through, which made it feel like it may be a shady, unsafe area. I would stay there again,...

“Frozen in 70-ties rundown and dirty property. Stay away. Does not look like the pictures. Kitchen was empty without any dishes or utensils. The 21” TV did not work. Just sheets on the bed not comforter. Stay away. Should be closed.”
