“Very clean rooms staff was nice and helpful parking was easy kitchen was simple but had everything you need I would stay again my room was premium suit it’s like small apartment almost big enough for me and my spouse and their service dog to have room to move around bathrooms very clean beds very comfy and clean”

“No hot water, dusty and musty room, phone did not work to contact the front desk, swirls all over the mirrors, door didn’t shut properly. Pool was freezing Staff is apologetic and great. Breakfast was good.”

“Had a little trouble checking in because we booked third party and didn’t get the instruction text. However we were next door to a very loud dog and the staff went above and beyond to allow us access to another room away from the dog if it was still barking at bedtime. Luckily it was not and quieted down when the people came back from dinner. But the offer was very appreciated. I also liked having 3 separate beds when traveling with teenagers. Thank you!”

“The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to restaurants or just taking a stroll through downtown. Our room was clean and very well decorated. While having a waterfall shower was great, there was only a partial glass wall and no shower door, so naturally when you shower there for is getting extremely wet. I would recommend bringing your own snacks, because the snacks they provide in the room are very pricy. The staff was super friendly!!”

“I stayed at this Hotel due to the positive reviews. I was looking for clean, comfortable with modern appliances. I was in a suite and it was beyond expectations. I had 2 large screen TV perfectly mounted. One for the bedroom area, and another one in the couch area. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with selection and quality. “Overall an excellent experience and stay. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially the water park staff. The water park wasn’t crowded and it was clean. The only item that wasn’t amazing was our suite’s bathroom, which could use an update and a deep clean. All in all, we loved the hotel and will return.”

“This hotel was so great! I wish we stayed longer. It was so clean and updated. Beds were so comfortable. I think they need to be more clear on how to check in after hours. Also, we were very confused by the directions. They need a sign out front! Literally my only issue. Everything else was fabulous. We loved it and plan to go back.”
