“Friendly, smiling staff. Fresh, hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate near the front desk. Fresh, hot breakfast in the mornings. Clean and comfy beds and rooms. Really good hot water pressure in the showers. Nice location. A lot of things within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Terrible place to stay at, my pregnant wife and I with our 2 children left within 30 minutes and went to book a new hotel. Disgusting, unclean, and smelly. They said they would refund us through Expedia since that's where I booked it through, but are now refusing to pay, staying that there were no complaints from anyone or anything. “I went to the SPEAKEASY bar attached to the property at 11:50pm only to find out it was "last call" and they closed at midnight, on a Saturday! I wish I had known that as that was the catalyst for spending over 200.00 for a one night stay in Akron.
