“The staff was super friendly throughout the entire place. We have an interior facing room which was so awesome. Hearing them close the store every night was cool. The bowling alley was better busy so definitely make reservations ahead of time. All hotel guests get a free express pass to the overlook which was a nice perk. The store is massive! “When we arrived, there were problems with the room and the staff that was on the premises did what they could to fix things. We were booked to stay two nights so we spoke with the manager the next morning and while we were out, he got everything fixed. The Western Inn is a family owned hotel and they are in the process of renovating. From what we have seen, they are doing a great job. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size.
