“Rude staff. Kept giving me the runaround. Then made me send him my id which I think was sketchy but my room was no refundable so I felt obligated or lose my money. Wouldn’t take the temporary id that the state gave me until my renewal arrived. Put me at the very end which I felt was on purpose after he gave me such a hard time. ”

“There were roaches everywhere. I shouldn’t have to battle roaches while trying to sleep.”

“The staff were quite nice, but the dirty bedsheets made me feel very uncomfortable; however, as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk, they switched my room.”

“I did not have any pets Room was okay but no soap was provided. Room wasn’t fully ready when I moved in Not enough towels No pillow cases on the pillows. Housekeeping came after I had already checked in to give me pillow cases and towels ”

“Very popular parking lot. no amenities. no plates for the kitchen. ”

“Broken glass and trash in the parking lot. Waited over 10 mins for attendant to come to. The counter to check us in, they then proceeded to be on the phone the whole time. Overwhelming smell of cleaning prodicts in the lobby, and boday odors in the room. Rooms were not as pictured, bathroom was dirty and damanged and. fan made alot of noise. ”

“Excellent experience from booking to check out. Food was delicious. Good selection. Room was in great shape. We really liked the sink in the toilet area separate from the sink in the shower area. Both had doors that closed. Perfect for a girls weekend. We would HIGHLY recommend to everyone. If we need a hotel in this area, this is where we will stay. ”
