“The staff was very helpful and polite. The parking was a little confusing at first since this hotel and the hotel across from it share the same parking garage. The staff was very helpful in directing us where to go and helped if there was any trouble with our parking pass. The food was appetizing, and the drink service was very nice. There was a limit on the drinks, but they had good alcohol content. They also provided snacks with the evening drink service. The shower in our room was amazing and...

“I thought I reserved waterfront but I received something different ”

“The room was very nice and the balcony view was wonderful. The room smelled very strongly of air freshener and cleaning agents. Did not appreciate the parking cost being buried under property details instead of mentioned with the parking details. ”
