“Checked in with two kids under 3 & my husband for Father’s Day weekend. It was around 10pm and we had just drove for hours, expecting our hotel and room to be comfy and ready for us to sleep in. I requested a crib when I made the reservation, & when I reminded them at the front they said they’d bring one in right away. We get into the room and it’s extremely humid - the AC was not working. “Location was excellent. Nice relatively quiet area. The pull out bed was not clean though when we went to make the bed up for the kids. It was too disgusting to use so the kids all ended up either sleeping on just the couch cushions or piling into one bed.”

“The staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet was really good! Pool area was nice and clean as well. Room was a good size. The only small issue(not that big of a deal but just an inconvenience) was that there are no ice machines. So you have to go to the front desk and ask for ice and they get it from the kitchen. Also the "fitness center" was very small. Only big enough for like 3 cardio machines that were very close together and a weight rack with minimal room. But I just ended up getting a...

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
