“This was a beautiful home. 4 adult friends each got own bedroom. Large open living area and screened patio very nice. Perfect for our stay to see manatees. Pool was lots of fun! Our stay in September was off season for manatees but did see 4 on boat tour. Our last day a dolphin and a came to backyard inlet to say bye. ”

“Perfect, we've stayed at the Mermaid House before and are already planning a trip or two for next year. Chris, the host is quick and easy to communicate with. House is well appointed, pretty much everything you need for a stay. The pool is my favorite, listening to nature, floating with a cocktail, you can't beat it. The tiki bar is also amazing! Plenty of room, house is kept spotless and has beautiful finishes inside. ”

Wood was provided for the firepit, the kayaks and paddles were in great condition, the back porch was a very private spot to watch wildlife and unwind. We will be renting this house every year for our annual fishing trip. We were very impressed with the property. The home was perfect for us. The layout worked very well for three men.
