“Property was excellent - very convenient to Burning Rock ATV and our own property just up the road. House was clean and spacious for our family - Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to a return trip soon. It was super nice to have all the little things taken care of for you when you arrive. Charcoal for the grill, coffee, salt & pepper etc. ”

“Home is beautiful, well-kept (especially the pretty woodwork), and the view is amazing. The bathrooms have been redone and are very nice. The kitchen was well-equipped, the best of any B&Bs we’ve stayed in in Hinton. We were there during a boiling hot week in summer and the a/c kept up fine. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. ”

“This house was such a great find for my family's vacation. The communication from Megan was clear and she was helpful! She gave us recommendations for food. The fridge was ready with water bottles and snacks were out for us to enjoy when we got there (much needed-my kids really enjoyed the treat!). The house was clean and updated we even had fire wood- if we had a chance to make a fire. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet place close to the river..”

“The BIG house is indeed spacious and was extremely clean! We enjoyed grilling and sitting out on the upper and lower deck/patio. The river view is calm and serene! Although the owners are very transparent about the train noise (…it was indeed loud and numerous!), I wish there was more transparency with the proximity to the General Store, which includes a gas station. The lot is one and the same—with reserved spaces for guests closest to the house. That being said, the communication with the...

“My cousin and I spent the weekend here to visit family in the area. The house was perfect for our needs and the proximity to family was minutes away. The owners are very responsive and friendly. “As described, the location was perfect. We hit 4 trail systems right by property. Place was very large and had enough property for parking. First day we hired a guide, showed us a little of everything. Next 3 days rode our own. Property was well maintained great food, Indian Ridge Bar & Grill, down the road. People in area very helpfull. Will book again. ”
