“Everything was terrible”

“This property was everything others reported: very clean, quiet, spacious, and with a high quality full-size kitchen set-up. It felt like an apartment, not a hotel room. And all for a better price than you can find anywhere else in expensive Anchorage. The outside of the building is a little scruffy but the apartment itself is everything you need. “It's a beautiful hotel. But, they allow pets. There was a lot of pets on the property. One of the dogs left a trail of poop on the floor and in the elevator. It smelled bad. Breakfast was nice. Hotel staff didn't know much about the area and attractions. Rooms are nice and spacious.”

“This did not feel like a safe building or area. Room was bare bones but not particularly clean, and the deadbolt had been removed from the interior of the door. Would not have felt safe without my husband also there, and even so we almost changed hotels last second.”
