Charming 1930's Farmhouse situato tra Boone e West Jefferson, NC !!!

"Worth's Place" si trova nelle montagne appalachiane mozzafiato della contea di Ashe, nella Carolina del Nord. Questo affascinante casale degli anni '30 si trova nel quartiere di una fattoria da 200 acri "in pensione" a Fleetwood, Carolina del Nord. Worth's Place è a circa 15-20 minuti da Boone e West Jefferson ea 25 minuti da Blowing Rock. Se stai cercando un po 'di riposo e relax, questo è il posto che fa per te! Vieni e ascolta i suoni rilassanti del ruscello che scorre, le mucche che muggiscono e i galli che cantano. Se ti piacciono i paesaggi di montagna, i sentieri escursionistici e qualsiasi attività all'aperto, questo è il posto dove stare! Il Blue Ridge Parkway si trova a soli 5-10 minuti dal casale ed è sede di una delle più belle cascate della zona, Cascade Falls ("The Cascades"). Questo sentiero escursionistico di 1,2 km è assolutamente da non perdere! Come sempre, Mystery Hill e Grandfather Mountain sono anche divertenti attrazioni aperte tutto l'anno !!! Oppure porta i bambini a Tweetsie Railroad per un viaggio in treno indimenticabile! Durante i mesi invernali, non dimenticate di controllare le nostre piste da sci - Appalachian, Sugar e Beech Mountian Ski Resorts. Ci sono così tante cose incredibili da vedere ed esplorare mentre si visita il Paese Alto. Vieni a vedere quanto può essere meraviglioso vivere in campagna durante il tuo soggiorno a Worth's Place!

Great Place For A Family Getaway

Great place for the family to get away and spend time together. My wife and kids especially enjoyed the stream and listening to the cows mooing throughout the day. Everything was explained thorougly in the check in/out directions and owners are very quick to respond if needed. The house was very clean upon our arrival.

Peaceful setting in Fleetwood

We just completed our second stay at his quaint farmhouse and will definitely stay here again due to the proximity to our family. It’s in a very peaceful setting— rolling hills, cattle, deer… a welcome change from urban noise! We feel like we are stepping back in time visiting our grandmothers’ homes…but the house is equipped with modern conveniences.

Cozy little house nestled in a valley

Modern conveniences and vintage character. We enjoyed watching the cows, and especially the groundhogs eating apples outside the window. Very close to Boone and hikes on the Blue Ridge Trail. Linville Falls are also less than an hour away. All worth exploring!

Beautiful and relaxing!

We were looking for some rest and relaxation and that is what we found. West Jefferson was a few minutes away with plenty of small town things to do. The farmhouse is so quaint! In the evenings we snuggled in the hammock or sat on the back lawn and watched the wildlife across the pasture. We didn't really cook, but the kitchen had everything needed. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Getsway

If you are looking for a quite place to relax and unwind, or stay to see the sights in the area. Look no further this is it. Cozy, clean, roomy and comfortable farm house. Added bonuses...the wild life you see and one black cow that escapes everyday to walk around the farm to find the owner. Don't be surprised to see her walk by the window along with the rabbits and deers. Only negative I can say is we did not book a longer stay. Didn't want to leave.

Really charming farmhouse

This is a nice little spot in Ashe County sitting in a beautiful piece of farmland. My kids loved seeing the cows, rabbit, and deer up close, and it was very peaceful. The house is immaculately clean, which I deeply appreciate. The A/C was a big relief during this heat wave. The beds are a bit soft for my taste but I can't complain about anything else. Great property!

Great experience!

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights and really enjoyed our stay! Very nice and clean, nice touch by Laura and Allen in the furnishings and inside. It was very relaxing being "out in the country", with cows, deer, birds, soothing sound of running water, all very nice. Amenities, check in/out, all around a very good experience!

Amazing

Charming is the perfect word to describe the house! It’s updated with all the modern conveniences but it’s tastefully decorated to maintain the old fashioned style and feel. The scenery around the house is absolutely beautiful! It’s the perfect place to get away from the everyday stress of life and relax. We enjoyed going to the nearby area attractions, but to be honest we were just as satisfied to stay at this house and enjoy the view and peaceful surroundings. This was our first experience renting a house through Vrbo and we weren’t disappointed! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Kudos to the host and their cleaning help for their hospitality, and their attention to details and cleanliness.

Relaxing stay

Quiet, peaceful, off-the-road...we loved it! We enjoyed watching the deer, cows, a rabbit, a groundhog, and seeing and listening to lots of birds. Also saw a turkey and a chipmunk. Easy access to nearby towns. Hosts responded quickly. Would gladly stay in this home again.

Our new favorite place

By far, the best getaway experience we have ever had. The pictures do not give justice to how amazing this property and home is. The house was very clean, pristine bathrooms and kitchen and living areas. Beds very comfortable with quilts like Grandma made you when you were little. The hosts Allen and Laura were also easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to communications. I cannot think of one negative thing about the stay overall. I’ve never written a review for my stays, however, this one is an 100 on a scale of 1 to10.

COZY FARM HOUSE

The house was great and we enjoyed it. The TV was a little tough because I didn't know which service was active and I'm a little challenged when it comes to using all that . We ended up watching a good movie and all's good. The home has been maintained extremely well for it's age.
