“We needed to make an unexpected visit to the Catskills. Finding The Hidden Inn was an unexpected and delightful surprise. We were greeted by the owner who was friendly and helpful. Our room -the sunshine room - was pleasant and well appointed. Breakfast was available and easily accessible. And for hiker, the rail trail is right outside the backdoor.”

“We were a group of friends spread over a few rooms - our main purpose was to catch up, hang out together and let our kids play together. We did that and more at the cute little pool, the big yard with badminton set up! Everyone was super nice, accommodating and friendly! Highly recommended little motel. Walking distance to the Main Street for lunch, pizza take out, icecream etc!”

“Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. The room had a home feeling to it which made for a comfortable stay. The location was safe, quiet and had lovely mountain side views. This location was close...

“The ground of the property looks well kept however, the inside looks dark with unpleasant odor. When I rang the door bell the hosts opened the door and I didn't feel welcome. She didn't introduce herself, after a while having conversation with her I had to asked for her name. She didn't tell me where to park but she told me not to park in her parking. I left the property and didn't stay there. I went and find another bed and breakfast that I felt welcome and safe.”
