Hotel a Florence

“everything was great. Very dog friendly which means you get barking dogs in the night.”

“The hotel looks nice on the surface but the attention to details is lacking. When we got to our room the staff had left the deadbolt engaged and the door open to where anyone could have pushed on the door and entered. One of the large lamps had a burned out lightbulb. The conditioner was completely empty. The seal at the bottom of the shower was missing or not working correctly and the bathroom was covered in water after each shower. “The room wasn’t ready for us when we checked in at 6pm. Needed to be cleaned still. The pool was clean. Very spacious clean room when we received the key. We did stay and fly; left our car in the parking lot and took the hotel shuttle to the airport. Very convenient. Will do again.”

They were so sweet and accommodating especially because I kept extending my stay by a day not knowing when I was going home. And they were ready for me each morning to redo my key cards and were able to keep me on the same room my entire stay.
