The access code was tricky to operate and instructions on how to use it were incomplete. Additionally, there seems to have been something in the driveway that provides access to the parking lot from the side streeet (not Broadway) that punctured my tires - 2 differeent tires, on the 2 different times I drove out of that exit. “From the moment we walked in, the entire building smelled like cigarette smoke despite the numerous “No Smoking” signs posted throughout the property. The odor wasn’t limited to one area—it seemed to permeate the halls and rooms. The hotel itself appears poorly maintained. The carpet in the middle of the hallways and walking paths in the rooms were wrinkled and buckling in the middle of the walkways, creating an obvious tripping hazard. “The guy working the late night shift had been off for two days. I asked him for some detergent to wash clothes with. He said they didn’t have any. He didn’t even go look. He treated me like I was a homeless person. I would never go back to that motel.”

“Affordable place to stay. Convenient because we were on a road trip and packed our own food. Just make sure to bring your own pots, pans and cooking supplies. Many construction workers use this facility as a place to stay. Very nice and clean and great price vs other hotels in Missoula!”

“Property was under a remodel and check-in staff were very unfriendly almost rude.”

“Stayed here on our way to Yellowstone, a late night check in and the pool still being open were great after a long day of driving. Downside to this stay - things were left in our room (sealed boxes of supplements, yes, my fault) and either met the trash or belong to someone on the housekeeping staff as none of it was logged as found and left with the front desk.... Double check rooms before leaving, anything left behind truly is left behind.”
