Gentilissimodispiace per quanto accaduto. Abbiamo fatto il possibile per rivendere la camera da lei prenotata e purtroppo non ci siamo riusciti. Abbiamo sopportato e reagito a 2 anni di Covid in silenzio e non riesco ad accettare che ancora una volta la colpa è della struttura. Non abbiamo fatto altro che onorare la sua prenotazione PREPAGATA fino al giorno del suo arrivo. Purtroppo non è stato possibile vendere la camera, in quel caso avremmo volentieri concesso un Voucher o la cancellazione della prenotazione stessa.Cordiali saluti

We're truly apologize fot that incovenient happend on your room, we spoke to our collegues to tell us what happen on your room and send also one our porters to check, remove and clean but when he enters on your roome he didn't find anything and he also inform our collegue to froint desk.You mention the room size we're truly apologize that the room size of the room you booked didn't satisfy your expectation, the hotels in the historical area in Florence are commonly small becuase in the middle ages and durign the Renaissance the rooms not large in the coomon buildings with exception of the important palaces. Regarding the parking prices long Via Nazionale street and the Train Stion area there is a lot of different gargages and each one have their prices.
