“The room was not clean, cob webs with live spiders in one of the corners of the room, dead bugs in the light covers, dirt all around the tub and in the bathroom. Pool is not heated even though it’s an indoor pool. Breakfast ended at 10. We started eating at 8:30. They just wouldn’t remake any of the eggs or anything so when they ran out they were just out. “There were insects all over the room. I think they were roaches, newly hatched. By the time we got back to the room it was late before we noticed the infestation. I let front desk and housekeeping know. I think they should reimburse us for the room. ”

“Love this hotel concept. Love it. Clean, efficient, conveniently furnished. Ideal for longer stays but even our overnight was outstanding. The check in process dimmed my immediate impression as the staff person was very impersonal and cold, unfriendly. But then the manager entered and he was kind and informative, helpful then and later. Overall, our review of the Apt is very favorable. Will stay again. ”

“I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing. ”

“Overall the place worked for our week. Internet was sufficient. There is a $100 deposit that isn't listed anywhere online. On our first night, we mentioned we had a service dog and were not charged a pet fee. When we extended our stay, they charged us a pet fee saying we never told them even though I had the communication. They made a fuss about having to check the room to refund the pet fee.
