We went up to our room we discovered the room wasn't accessible. They changed the room with no hassle. We had a very nice stay uts such a lovely place. Breakfast was one of the best ive seen”

“Overall the hotel was good for the brief stay. Wasn't quite as clean as I hoped for, definitely didn't look like they vacuumed the floors well, could see debris & hair in the carpets. “I booked this through Expedia but then was also charged TWICE by the hotel for one night. The person who checked me in was confused and he charged me once and I asked him to reverse it. He claimed he did but the next morning I showed two charges for the stay (again I had already paid Expedia). The hotel is now looking into the matter. Also I was surprised to find that although Expedia charged me $40 more than the hotel would have charged me if I booked directly. I had assumed incorrectly that...
