“Breakfast was great”

“Everything was really nice. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was great both mornings. Spa and pool we basically had to ourselves for the most part and it was nice and clean. The reason for the docked star is the bed was super hard for me. My 17 year old son and husband slept ok, but I could not get comfortable no matter what I did. Pillows were nice and they had both firm and soft and had them nicely labeled via embroidery, but the bed was so hard my back and hips took a beating...

“Room I reserved was not on record, and none was available. Bathroom/shower so small , lucky to walk in , forget about wheelchair or walker. Bed so high , had to use step stool to get wife in bed. Never use you again.”

“Great property, excellent value, wonderful customer service & communication, good parking. Property is directly adjacent to SR 260, so can be a bit noisy during the day but a cozy cabin community with great amenities and access to dining, shopping, and hiking trails.”

“The door had a huge crack on it, there was dead insect on the bed, the check-in guy wasn't too friendly, didn't tell me welcome to Quality inn, or let me know information on what the hotel breakfast. Breakfast was nothing but bagels with jam that was old. They didn't have any hot breakfast, just muffins, bagels. They kept charging my card w/o my approval. Charged me 20 for 2 extra people - even though the room can have guest up to 4 to 5. Unfriendly service. ”

“There was no staff at this hotel. It was run by a property management company that let you in remotely. You had to call a number and send texts to reach anyone. And it appears part of the hotel is rented out as long-term rentals. The room had been remodeled, the fixtures were new, but the cleanliness was lacking severely.”

“Everything was clean and in working order. The staff were friendly and attentive. The property is a bit dated but for the price and location you can’t beat it! Pet friendly is always a win! ”
