“The room had a musty and old smell. It didn’t seem clean and had a worn out feel to it. There was free parking and free breakfast though and laundry service was available.”

“I had a reservation and when I arrived, they told me they didn’t have any rooms. It was late at night and very disappointing and the Night clerk was very rude and said whatever, we had a glitch, it happens!can you believe it!”

“Housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:30 am even though the front desk said they shouldn't have because I had until 11am to check out. I asked them to review the cameras to counsel the housekeeper but they kept telling me to call back and refused to check. Pitiful and pathetic.”
