“Advertise a pool and fitness room, which they did not have. Those amenities are why i chose to spend more money. I could have saved a lot of money at a hotel who didn't offer that to start with. I was not informed ahead of time those amenities were not available. ”

“The property needs some upgrades. The beds are basic and not that comfortable (we both woke up with back aches). Our bathroom was not cleaned well, as there was hair in the shower and on the floor that wasn't mine. Also, the toilet would barely flush the first day and completely stopped flushing the second day. We left the keys on the entertainment center and left around 9:30am the day of checkout. The hotel called around noon and asked if we were checking out or staying longer. I recommend...

“Tidy bedroom. Smelled a bit of smoke. Asked for a quiet room for a 3 am flight. Staff put me across from laundry, next to vending machines, with a loud party going on jn an adjoining room. It was NOT fully booked up.”

“This was a good, basic hotel. We stayed for 3 nights as we toured Detroit and it worked well for us. The complimentary breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel.”

“I have never had issues with Comfort in before but this was a horrible horrible experience. The whole hotel smelled like pot! It was dirty and looked like it should have bed bugs. I will never stay there again!!!!”
