“I booked the hotel because they offered free airport shuttle. I called the hotel to dispatch the shuttle, they asked me when I scheduled it and I told them I didn't and they said that I had to schedule it the day before I arrived. I've never had this happen before. I ended up having to pay a $20.00 cab fare. I won't be using this hotel in the future.”

“Our room had a bad odor when we got there. The side door was broken with no lock for security. My hair dryer would over heat after only a few seconds. The pool water seemed unkept. Overall the rest of the hotel seems decently clean and a nice breakfast provided. Not sure it was worth the high cost though.”

“WiFi worked. There was no Kleenex in the room. Dirt on the floor and bathroom door needed painting. Looks like it was water damaged.”

“Room wasn’t very clean, no cleaning during my stay due to staff shortages. Wide gap under the door makes it hard to maintain the room temp you want as well as hearing everything going on in the hallway.”

“Excellent staff, room was musty, but it was a pet room and I was grateful for it.”

“The room was a nicely decorated and clean. Much bigger than a hotel. You have a small living,dinning and bar. I didn’t really feel safe leaving our car outside the building seeing homeless around . It was self park so you had to find parking on the street . And the train going off every night several times a night. Because of the parking and the train in the back of the building I would not stay here again.”

“Rooms were not the cleanest, definitely could use up days on ceilings and bathroom Bed linens and pillows had a weird smell to them. Warm breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Good location when traveling thru”

“Multiple floors...no elevator Room was okay, but supplies like TP, Kleenex and other things were lacking. No clear directions to ice/vending...both on first floor and again no elevator.”
