“We only stayed one night. It is approximately the 1/2 way point between Pensacola back to Houston. When we got there the toilet was stopped up, staff just gave us a plunger. We had to request cleaning supplies. That is the only mishap during the stay. ”

“the staff was great! the only problem we had was our first room the plug ins didn’t work but they moved us the next day. they were updating the hotel wasn’t in the best shape. dryer did not work and one of the elevators did not work. I think once they get everything completed it will be a great hotel. has a very nice pool and court yard.”

“The hotel was pretty clean except the clump of black hair in the corner of the bathroom. Everyone was pretty accommodating. I did ask the guy to make more coffee downstairs and he didn't AND saw me trying to get some about an hour later and STILL didn't make it. Other than that it was very nice. All doors into the hotel need your hotel key to get in so that's a good point too! Oh and a refridgerator and microwave in the room is a plus! I would stay again.”

“Room was nasty. Hair on the shower walls and floor. Shower curtain, FILTHY! Floor wasn’t clean. Toothpaste and water splashes on the mirror. Wall had disgusting stains! Tv remote had no batteries so tv wouldn’t come on. We asked staff for another remote and never received assistance! No telephone for service! Someone was screaming all night! I don’t recommend this place for anyone to live.”
