I would have preferred to have a better view (lots of trees obstructing view, and we were right next to wedding venue outdoor, so not as much privacy, but ok), property has been upgraded a lot since we stayed last. It’s a beautiful place and all staff were professional and polite. ”

“My room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of available in-room amenities: coffee maker, fridge, iron & ironing board, tv, WiFi, microwave. The shower worked well and the towels were plush. The bed was very comfortable. I sat out on my deck every morning and had coffee to the pleasant sounds of the mountains and forest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very nice stay.”

“This is a cozy property right on the lake! They had a property-wide maintenance issue on our first night but the front desk employees were friendly and accommodating about it. The issue was resolved for the second night and we were compensated for our troubles. Our little one liked the balconies overlooking the courtyard. This hotel was in a great location and within a short walk to Big Bear Village. We'd recommend you stay at this hotel, especially for the price!”
