“This is so rundown and dirty. I was there for the grand opening and it was beautiful then. I couldn’t believe they haven’t maintained it. It has so much potential, though. It was not enjoyable. We will not return.”

The staff was also very attentive and responsive to our calls and requests. This is the perfect option for those who want a little mountain getaway.”

“The breakfast taco was delicious. It was an omelet inside a warm crispy tortillas. So good! Plus fresh fruit was served. This was served on an open air porch/patio with comfy overstuffed chairs with a mountain. All made to order. Hosts were very friendly. Each room had 2 rocking chairs out front. What an enjoyable stay! Highly recommend this inn.”

“From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and there were plenty of options like eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, bagels, and muffins. The view in the back is beautiful. I instantly regretted not getting the balcony room when I saw the view in the back. The hotel is clean and the beds were very comfortable. ”

“The only elevator was out of service so was ice maker on first floor. Only ice on third floor. Room needs upgrades. Toilets too low tile cracking. Cushion on bench peeling and small tv. Was clean and the was very helpful and nice.”

“The owners/staff at the Carolina Motel were friendly and helpful. There weren't a lot of upgrades but they weren't needed because everything was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. Since it isn't a huge hotel, it was nice being able to keep my curtains and door open while I was in the room, simply enjoying the outdoor space as well. Coffee was available in the mornings but I rated the amenities as average because there wasn't water in the swimming pool. ”
