“My room was spotless and very comfortable, with excellent water pressure in the shower. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, which made my stay even better. I didn’t get the chance to try out the pool, but it looked inviting and well kept. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer than one night—I’d definitely come back!”
“The Outpost Inn was such a wonderful stay in Highlands!
Our room was darling, well appointed with a little sitting area, fireplace and record player including some throw back records that put us in the mood. Bed/bedding was great, good shower pressure and products.
Each afternoon we would hang out in the common spaces and firepits and enjoy a glass of wine, 'smores and meeting other travelers.
The hotel is very close to town, you can walk. They also have bikes to take around.

“We loved the stay at "Holiday Inn Express" at Cherokee, NC.
The staf and the morning food staff are amazing very helpful and friendly/polite. The parking was great for the days we stayed there and we're looking forward to the next trip back there again.

“The beds in our room were the best beds I’ve had in a hotel! We had a wonderful nights sleep! Everyone we encountered on staff was so friendly and helpful! We were only in town for 1 night but we will stay with you again when we return and recommend you to our friends!”
“Everything was clean and the room did not smell stale and stink like some rooms. The only complaint was the bed was hard and a little high for old fat people. I loved the creek outback.
