“Struttura nuova, pulita e ordinata. Personale molto cortese: dalla reception, alla piscina alla colazione tutti sorridenti e cordiali. Camere silenziose e spaziose. Un piccolo rimprovero: La stanza lavanderia con le lavatrici e asciugatrici (secondo piano) era sporca. ”

“Room was clean but the bathroom door was not working had to relocated to another room the next day we ended up adding another night more expensive than the one I reserved 🙃 but overall it was a good hotel stay we went for a funeral and my whole families that came from all over the country and out of country stay here.”

“PROs: -Clean room. -Fast check in. Early check in $30! -Comfortable room. Bed was great. -Decent price. Free parking. -Away from the craziness of the tourist areas. CONs: -Property in general needs attention (the hotel appeared abandoned at first glance) -Undisclosed $50 deposit was a surprise at check-in (was returned back to my card upon checkout) -Checkin staff was cold. He appeared like he could not care less if I was there or not.”

“The place has a bad roach and ant problem. After walking to my non smoking room on the non smoking floor, all you smelled was marijuana and cigarettes. First sign was when I first walked in the room and saw half the smashed dead body of a roach on the wall. It was clear that someone killed it and left it there. Second sign was when I sat a bag on the table and went to take a shower I came back and ants were all over the table. Third, when I was there a little while I saw a baby roach crawling on...

“Check in was fast. The receptionist was helpful. I was very disappointed they didn't have breakfast included, but that was my bad I will read much closer. Accessible parking. Room was clean, no complaints. I don't think I'll stay again, I like to stay where breakfast is included.”

“Rooms aren’t bad you get what you pay for. But I’ve stayed here multiple times and every room I’ve gotten has reeked like cigarettes.”

“This is a small out of the way older property . Nothing fancy . Not so much a family fun spot and away from the crowds. It's not 5 star but it's comfortable. I have stayed here about 12 times when i go to Orlando. I return twice a year to clean my family cemetery plots not for the attractions. The husband and wife staff are very friendly. I have never seen any bugs in the rooms . And I always feel safe. A nice quiet place, inexpensive, away from the crowds, nothing fancy.”

“This is a great hotel that’s centrally located to everything! It’s a good value, clean property and overall we just slept in it and spent the whole day out. Great for what we needed it for!”
