“The stay was good but the staff was not accommodating at all. I requested an early check in multiple times and they agreed but my guest waited for 2 hours and didn’t get an early check in. They should have informed me that they won’t be able to give an early check in. ”

“Staff not trained. We had to keep calling for fresh towels, toilet paper, cleaning the bathroom. ”
