“All the staff was extremely friendly. I dropped my phone unloading and returned from room to look for it. Went to front desk and it was returned to me after being able to provide details of phone physical description and lockscreen picture. Be Gold In my bathroom the shower head had no solid fixture and was just hanging from shower curtain. I dont know if the difference is being a gold member and being in 4th floor like my friend because his was on a solid fixture. ”

“It was just okay. The shower in the room was not very clean and the elevator was dirty as well. The staff’s customer service was really good though. ”

“Breakfast was great and fresh. Certain thing work such as ice machine but it wasn’t a dealbreaker or anything like that. Nice area and clean room great for money. Will definitely stay here again ”

“I went downstairs to the service desk to report that the smell of weed was very strong in the hallway woke me up out of my sleep I headache, my husband had to take me to the store to get headache medication. The only thing she could do is the state that she have no way in telling who and where the room is, it was kind of dry and she could move me, but it was already 1:45 in the morning. I don’t mean to be mean, but if the hotel is smoke free, it should be smoke. Free will probably not be seeing...

“Camera pulita, parcheggio gratuito, solito difetto della struttura HILTON: la pulizia delle camere non è giornaliera e nessuno ti avvisa. Colazione una mattina alla carta (quindi limitata dal budget 24 USD) e un'altra mattina self-service: potrebbe essere decisamente migliorata.”
