“Our experience on April 13th was very disappointing. After a long trip, we arrived expecting a comfortable and ready room, but unfortunately, that was not the case. When we first entered our room, we found the bathroom floor flooded due to a leak under the sink. We returned to the front desk, and the staff member kindly assisted us by assigning a second room. However, that room did not have a refrigerator, even though our booking clearly indicated that one was included. We had perishable food...

“Our stay was a nice experience”

“We did not eat the breakfast as we were just there so we could get in a very early flight. Parking was good. We were able to keep our car there while we were out of the country for $5 a day. Our car was safe and we had no issues. Staff was all very nice and our rooms were clean and comfortable!”

“This is one of the worst days ever had. The room was misrepresented by both Expedia and the hotel website itself. I would expect more from a supposedly three star hotel. I asked for food delivery as I was bedridden and denied. There was construction outside the entire day that I was there for rest. I gave it two stars because it had a hot tub. I have pictures if anyone needs to see them.”

“There were multiple items to pick from for breakfast. It was well stocked. From the start, it was a well kept room. Even though we didn’t have housekeeping clean our room, they were very pleasant when we asked for a few more towels. The parking was good. And well-lit. We would stay here again. ”

“Horrible. you can tell they tried to keep me clean, but that’s just a cover-up. The whole building needs exterminating. I bought pizza and set it on the dresser for 30 minutes and all kinds of insects came out ants roaches.”

“This is a basic hotel which is what I was looking for. They have a workout room that I didn’t use nor the meeting room. Room was clean and comfortable.”
